Hon. Kenneth Ogba, Member representing Isoko South 1 Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly is dead.
He reportedly slumped and died yesterday’s evening. He was a first term member of the House and former Supervisory Councillor in Isoko South local government.
This death is coming barely 5 months after the death of the Majority Leader of the House, Hon Tim Owhefere who was the representative of Isoko North Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly
