“2023 is less than two years away and governor Okowa have been able to prove that prudent management of grossly insufficient resources can yield substantial development as we have experienced in past six years.
“Fiscal discipline has been adhered to strictly by this administration, and the governor ensured that financial leakages reduced to the barest minimum, and the strategy paid off. In all of these Deltans are the greatest beneficiaries.
“I congratulate all the newly sworn in Commissioners. They are men and women of high integrity, seasoned politicians, tested and trusted over the years.
“Hon Elevlyn Oboro, a former member of the Federal House of Representatives, representing the good people of Okpe, Sapele and Uvwie Federal Constituency, is among the new Commissioners, and Women in Politics are very happy that out of the eighteen Commissioners, five are women.
“Oboro is an icon in multifaceted ways with excellent tract records in public service and system politics. I am particularly very happy that she is on board to bring to bear her wealth of experience” Oghenesivbe said.
