An Okpe Girl Child Education Initiative, a Non Governmental Organization (NGO) based in Okpe kingdom has awarded scholarship to an indigent student of Orodje Grammar School, Miss Gift Brume Okoruvi in Sapele local government area of Delta State.
Presenting the scholarship cheque to the beneficiary on behalf of the director Dr. Beauty Oborogharen Biokoro, the secretary of the NGO Comrade Mary Omamomor Pender said the scholarship covered up the student’s
government levy for 1st, 2nd and 3rd term and
PTA levy respectively.

Four figure table, School Bag, pairs of stockens, note books among others.
The vice principal who received the scholarship cheque with the student on behalf of the school principal commended the effort of the NGO reaching out to indigent female children in the society.
Visibly seen in her facial expression full of excitement, “I didn’t know there is a Non Governmental Organization (NGO) there for the less privileged in Okpe land until I met Okpe Girl Child Initiative.”
