Egugbo’s Book “The Experience” For Launch October 6 – Eacgov Oghenesivbe. ..Says Okowa, Otuaro, Oborevwori, Gbagi, Esiso, Osho, Elue, Elumelu, Omenogor, HRM Ogbolu, Emetulu, Tilije, Osisike, Majemite, Onyeme, Ochonogor, Others To Attend

The public presentation and launching of “The Experience,” a book on holy pilgrimage written by the Special Assistant on media to Delta State Governor, Comrade Fidelis Egugbo, will hold on Wednesday, 6th October, at the Unity Hall, Government House, Asaba, at 12 noon prompt.

Chairman of the Book Presentation Committee and Executive Assistant to Gov Okowa on Communications, Chief Barr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, in a statement on Sunday, said arrangements have been concluded for the special book presentation and launching ceremony expected to attract imminent personalities from all walks of life.

He disclosed that governor Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa of Delta State, personally wrote the book’s forward, wherein he recommended that “The Experience,” is a valuable resource material for would be Pilgrims, researchers, scholars and the general public, adding that the governor will play the dual roles of Chief Host and Special Guest of Honour.

Former governor of Imo State, Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha will chair the book presentation, and he is expected to direct affairs of the ceremony.

Oghenesivbe said Egugbo’s intellectual property, “The Experience,” is a compendium of essential details and experiences crafted by the Author to guide those who have gone on pilgrimage, those intending to go on pilgrimage and others who want to read about the happenings in the holy land during pilgrimages.

The book presentation committee chairman assured that it will be a groundbreaking event, considering the calibre of persons that have indicated interest to attend’ which includes; the special guest and State Deputy Governor of Delta State, Barrister Kingsley Otuaro and Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi, 2023 governorship aspirant under the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

According to Latimore, the Royal Father of the Day, HRM Dr Michael Mbanefo Ogbolu, Ogoani of Okpanam, shall exercise his functions, liaising with the Mother of the Day and Mama Ndokwa, the wife of the Anglican Bishop of Ndokwa Dioceses, Mrs Joy Obiosa/at the event.

He said the book Chief launcher and Co-launchers include; Distinguished Senator James Manager, Hon Ndudi Elumelu, Minority Leader, Federal House of Representstives, Chief Dele Omenogor, Chief Operating Officer of Arkleen Oil and Gas Ltd, Sir Fidelis Tilije, Chief Monday Onyeme, Hon Charles Emetulu, representing Ndokwa West State Constituency, Chief Benjamin Elue, former deputy governor of Delta State, Chief Fred Majemite, Chief James Augoye, Chief Abel Esievo, Barrister Ejaife Odebala, Dr Chuks Ochonogor, Pro Chancellor, Novena University Dr Phsrm Nelson Ejakpovi, while Hon Joshua Opia, will review the book.

“We are set for the public presentation and launching of “The Experience,” by Comrade Fidelis Egugbo, a seasoned journalist and SA media to Gov Okowa of Delta State.

“The book captured vital information and pictorial expressions of what goes on in the holy land of Israel and in Rome. It serves as reference and a guide to those intending to proceed on pilgrimage; what to expect, tour guides, and so on and so forth. It is worth reading again and again.

All invited guests, friends of Fidelis Egugbo and gentlemen of the press are expected to be seated on or before 11:30am,” the statement added.
