Delta Ex-NYSC Coordinator, Olutayo Samuel Exits Service January 13

Shouts of eureka as the immediate past Delta State Coordinator, National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, Mrs. Olutayo Samuel exits Civil Service on good records.

Olutayo last served at the NYSC North Central Area Office, Niger State, where she was deployed to after holding sway in Delta State for close to two years as State Coordinator.

Meanwhile, friends, associates, staff and corps members are in high spirit to celebrate the jolly good whose tour of duty in NYSC was not only eventful but marked with sweet memories.

With her subtle permission, a comity of friends was put together to plan a send-forth for the woman who had touched many lives positively in the course of her journey in NYSC.

A committee of friends chaired by Mrs Femi-Ajayi Oluwafunmilayo took up the responsibility of gathering and coordinating friends, associates, colleagues and corps members of Mrs. Olutayo Samuel to give her the parting love that she deserves from her numerous friends.

Samuel will by January 13, 2022, step into a new phase of her life, but not without sweet memories of people she had touched and those who also meant well for her.

She is a valuer of relationship, knowing fully well its importance to life’s existence. That is why this set of friends have decided to share in her joy, symbolising a relationship that she will cherish for a lifetime.

Speaking on behalf of the Committee, Mrs Catherine Otemuyiwa announced Mrs. Samuel’s exit from service to her friends. “We may all be aware that Mrs Olutayo Samuel (Deputy Director NYSC North Central Area Office) will be exiting the NYSC Scheme honourably on the 13th of January, 2022 after a very dutiful and meritorious disposition to public service obligations.

“Mrs Olutayo Samuel as we all know is an amiable woman who during her sojourn in the service has touched the lives of many both staff and corps members alike.

“Olutayo Samuel has served in several capacities before her recent transfer to her current posting. She has served in Osun State, Ogun, Osun, and was also the SC Delta before her transfer.

“She is a lover of the youth who during her sojourn as AD SAED, ensured she made learning a skill fĂșn for Corps Members and officials alike. She transformed the SAED branch in Osun State so much that it became the envy of other States. She is a selfless, God-fearing and wonderful officer of the Scheme who deserves to be sent forth in a grand style.

“Let us therefore come together to individually give support in order to enable us collectively give her a befitting send-forth as she exits public service.

“We look forward to an overwhelming and participatory involvement in bidding Mrs Olutayo Samuel farewell from the NYSC Scheme.

” The date and time for the send-forth ceremony will be communicated soon to friends and colleagues by the committee chairman”, Otemuyiwa Catherine stated.
