Executive Assistant to Delta State Governor on Communications, Chief Dr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe Esq, JP, has congratulated immediate past Governor of the State, Dr Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan, and his amiable wife, Roli, on the occasion of their 34th wedding anniversary.
The Eacgovdelta in a goodwill message described the conjugal union between the former number one citizens of the state as divine, fruitful and truly blessed, as can be seen from their marital commitments and for raising God fearing children.
Oghenesivbe recalled how former first lady, Her Excellency, Roli Uduaghan keep the Lord’s altar turning with prayers which to a large extent impacted on the state and citizens in terms of peaceful coexistence, God’s favour and blessings while their eight years tenure lasted.
