The Majority Leader, Delta State House of Assembly, Hon (Chief) Ferguson Onwo, has congratulated the Speaker of the House, Rt Hon Sheriff Francis O. Oborevwori on his birthday anniversary.
Onwo who represents Isoko South 2 Constituency and Chairman, Assembly Committee on Information, described the Speaker as a great friend and leader with outstanding qualities.
The Lawmaker in a statement on behalf of his lovely wife, family and great constituents of Isoko South 2, congratulated the Speaker and wished him many happy returns.
