Delta State Chairman of Accord Party, Mr Fred Obi has Congratulated former Governor of Delta State, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa on his 64th Birthday Anniversary.
A statement signed by Mr Fred Obi said Dr Ifeanyi Okowa is an achiever who has kept his head low in humility inspite of his many successes in life.
He prayed God to grant Dr Okowa long life, good health and success in his future endeavours.

Mr Obi stressed that, Dr Okowa carried out massive infrastructural development across the state, empowered thousands of youths through his STEP and YAGEP schemes and his achievements in the health and education sectors are unequalled.

His friendly dispositionand to opposition Political Parties that led to the political Harmony we enjoyed throughout his tenure is unequal.
Mr Obi former Governor Ifeanyi Okowa as a man blessed by God and has used his resources to serve God and humanity.
