Delta State House of Assembly Speaker, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor has felicitated with the immediate past Deputy Governor of the State, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro Esq, on his 56th birthday anniversary.
Rt Hon Guwor described Deacon Otuaro as a unique leader with so much wisdom and humility, stressing that his impactful life style will remain evergreen, and will always be appreciated.
The Speaker in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, CPS, Mr Nkem Nwaeke acknowledged the immense contribution of the celebrant to the development of Delta State, particularly during his eight years stint as Deputy Governor of the State.
Guwor recalled the robust relationship that existed between Deacon Otuaro and the immediate past Governor Ifeanyi Okowa as well as the Office of the Deputy Governor and the State Legislature.
He noted that the tremendous progress made by the last administration in the state was as a result of political stability in the state and that Deacon Kingsley Otuaro played his role effectively as Deputy Governor.
The Speaker congratulated his former Boss on the 56th birth anniversary and prayed to God to grant him many more happy celebrations in good health and riches.
