Parliament Diary Newspaper’s 4th Anniversary, Awards Ceremony Holds In

Parliament Diary Newspaper, a leading monthly publication covering the Nigerian National Assembly, will host its 4th Anniversary and Awards Ceremony on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at the Nigerian National Merit Award House, Maitama Abuja-Nigeria.
According to a statement endorsed by the Publisher and CEO of Parliament Diary Newspapers, Mr. Precious Enebuse the event will commence at 4:00pm immediately following the Parliament Diary Dialogue with the theme “Coup d’etats and ECOWAS unity: The Role of National Assemblies”
The Parliament Diary Dialogue is a platform for parliamentarians, government officials, civil society, and the media to engage in discussions on key legislative issues impacting Nigeria and Africa.
“We are excited to host the inaugural edition of the Parliament Diary Dialogue and The Parliament Diary Newspapers 4th Anniversary and Awards Ceremony,” said Enebuse.
“The dialogue provides a unique opportunity to bring together key stakeholders to discuss critical issues facing our legislature and the nation. We look forward to robust discussions and celebrating our 4th Anniversary and the achievements of our honorees.”
The awards ceremony will recognize distinguished citizens who have made significant contributions to the work of leadership, the practice of democracy and humanitarian services in Nigeria and the Ecowas region.
Award categories include: PUBLIC SERVICE AWARD, Outstanding Religious Leader of the Year Recipient: Amb. Dr. Prophet Prince JK Hephzibah, General Overseer, Peculiar God’s Glory Ministries International.
Outstanding Political Leader of the Year
Recipient: Barr. Julius Abure, National Chairman of Labour Party.
Outstanding Personality of the Year
Recipient: Hon. Dr. (Chief) Amb. Jim Okolo Chimezie, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Jimez Petroleum Resources Limited.
Outstanding Female Personality of the Year Recipient: Amb. Dr. Ifeoma Annabel Anyanwu, Founder of B. A. B. E Mentorship Academy.
Outstanding Public Servant of the Year
Recipient: Alh. Sani Magaji Tambawal, Clerk to the National Assembly.
Outstanding Female Public Officer of the Year Recipient: Dr. Nihinlola Mary Fafore, Deputy Director, HUAWEI Technologies Company Limited.
