Chairman, Delta State Internal Revenue Service, DSIRS, Hon (Chief) Solomon Ighrakpata, has felicitated with the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa, CON, on his 65th birth anniversary.
Hon Ighrakpata, a former Deputy Chief Whip of the Delta State House of Assembly, who represented Uvwie Constituency in the 7th Assembly, described Dr Okowa as a complete gentleman and epitome of a great leader.
The DSIRS Boss in his goodwill message to the immediate past Governor on his 65th birthday celebration, said the celebrant has distinguished himself as a statesman and a leader of great repute, as he wished him happy birthday and many happy returns.
“Your Excellency, on behalf of my family, the great people of Uvwie and political associates, I extend warm congratulations to you on the occasion of your 65th birthday anniversary.
“We celebrate your life, achievements, and contributions to the development of our great state, Delta.
“Your visionary leadership and legacy continue to inspire most of us, and we are grateful for the foundation you laid during your tenure as Governor.
“I pray that God grants you many more years of good health, wisdom, and joy”, Ighrakpata stated.
The former Lawmaker enjoined Dr Okowa to remain a good leader he is and sustained his support, commitment and confidence in the MORE administration of Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori.
