Sir Efenudu’s Demise: Integrity Group Commiserates With Family, Isoko Nation, Delta State Government

The Integrity Group of Delta State, the MORE agenda and You Matter Charity Foundation ambassadors, has mourned the death of its Chairman, Elders Council, Sir Simeon Efenudu who passed on at the age of 81.

Efenudu, Esq, was a pioneer Secretary to the Delta State Government and Head of Service and current member of Delta State Peace and Advisory Council.

The elder statesman who hails from Otor Owhe in Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State passed on at the early hours of Friday 13th December, 2024 after a brief illness.

Reacting to the sudden death of Sir Efenudu in a press release, Dr. Oke Idawene, the Convener of Integrity Group and Barr. Felix Offiah PhD, the Secretary of Integrity Group, described the death as painful coming at a time he was expected to play a key role at the forthcoming 18th December Leadership Summit.

The statement commiserated with the entire family of Efenudu, the Isoko community and the Delta State Government for the painful loss saying Sir Efenudu indelible marks will not be forgotten.

The group, however, expressed delights on the fact that Sir Efenudu lived a fulfilled life even as they pray to God to grant the soul of the elder statesman a peaceful rest.
