“If You Don’t Take Care of Your Son’s Wife You Will Be Hungry As A Mother”  — Lady Otuagoma

“This is my commandment: love each other just as I have loved you” John 15 vs 12
Quoting copiously from the scripture, Lady Charity Alex Otuagoma, founder, Mercy Alex Charity Foundation, dedicated in showing and spreading love to humanity, has called on mothers to show love to their daughter-inlaws and children in order to build an egalitarian society.
Speaking at event in Asaba during donation of bags of rice in celebration of Christmas with widows, lady Otuagoma urged unconditional love as the scripture says love your neighbor as yourself noting that “We are suffering today because of the wickedness of man. Whatever you sew is what you will reap. You must love your daughter-inlaw so you won’t be hungry.
“We are the problem to ourselves that is why some of you don’t love your son’s wife and if you don’t love your son’s wife it means you are a bad woman. Show children love so that at old age they will take care of you.” She admonished the widows.
According to her, “What I am doing today is what my mother taught me hence you must show good example to your children. Whatever I am saying now will aide you when you imbibe it in your lives.
“Whatever you did to another person is what you will get. Love is the next thing after God. If you say you are rich how many people do you support. What I am doing today is celebration of my Christmas. Love is the ultimate thing. That is our spirit in Winner’s Chapel Church.” She added.
She said If you love your children you must love those that are not yours saying as a wife you must love your mother-inlaw as well.
She maintained that women are owner of homes and if the home is good and peaceful the woman is responsible.
“Learn to tell your children that you love them. The love of the children is because of women. When you pray for your children and your mother-inlaw there will be peace and it will reflects around everyone. Don’t use juju against anyone. Love God and thrust him.” Lady Otuagoma stated.
On ground at the event were members of Noble Ladies and Integrity Group of Delta State. Lady Otuagoma is a matron of Noble Ladies and Patroness of Integrity Group.
The highlights of the celebration is praise and worship in appreciation to God as well as sharing of 400 bags of rice to the widows.
