Asagba Pleads With Delta Government for Roads, Schools at Ugboma Layout

His Royal Majesty, The Asagba of Asaba, Obi (Prof ) Epiphany Chigbogu Azinge, recently visited Aningene, Akwuogede, and Ogbodume in Ugbomanta areas of Asaba where he appealed to the State government, through the Director-General, Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency, Chief Patrick Ukah, to construct roads and schools in the area.
He also appreciated the Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency DG, Ukah for his concern and intense love for the people of the Capital Territory.
The Asagba asked the Director-General, to convey the community’s request for good roads, primary and secondary schools to the State government in the layout.
Furthermore, the Asagba charged Chief Ogbueshi Jude Mordi, head of the community, to make land available in the area and be rest assured that the construction of the schools will commence in no distant time.
The highlight of the occasion was renaming the Akwuogede, Aningene, and Ogbodume areas of Asaba as Ugboma Layout.
Chief Ukah was represented by the Manager of Administration and Finance, Mr Vincent Okhowfaheke, at the event.
