DTSG Says It Will Continue To Embark On Holistic Approach In Standardising Education System ….As Ezewu Monitors NECO Common Entrance Examination

Delta State Commissioner for Secondary Education, Mrs. Rose Ezewu has reiterated that the State Government would continue to take holistic approach towards standardising the education system in the state.

Ezewu gave the assurance in Warri while monitoring the ongoing National Examination Council (NECO) Common Entrance Examination.

She said that apart from effective teaching and learning in schools, checkmating examination malpractice was another strategic measure aimed at taking the education sector to enviable height.

Ezewu, who commended the candidates for their peaceful conduct during the examination, said that she was highly impressed with their attitude and urged them to put in their best in the examination in order to come out with flying colours.

The commissioner , however, admonished stakeholders and examination monitors to ensure strict monitoring of all examinations conducted in the state, adding that the State Government would not condoned any act capable of putting the educational foundation of children in danger .

Examination centres monitored by the commissioner included Federal Government College, Classical International School , Igbudu, Nana College, Warri and Benchiil School in Warri South Local Government Area of the state.
