Justice Taiwo Abayomi of the Federal High Court, Abuja on Tuesday, July 5th, 2022, dismissed two of the suits against Delta State PDP Gubernatorial Candidate, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori.
The two suits bother on his qualification to contest and eligibility of the ad hoc delegates that voted at the Wednesday, May 25th, 2022 gubernatorial primaries held in the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba.
Both suits were dismissed for lack of locus standi and for been statute barred respectively.
Judgement in two other pending suits have been fixed for tomorrow, Wednesday, July 6th, 2022.
