Partnering with the Household of God to promote and further spread the gospel is the responsibility of every Christian either in the Pentecostal or Orthodox Churches. It is a privilege which we must accept and key into.

Chief Barr John Nani is very passionate about playing his roles as a vessel in the Lord’s vineyard and he does so with all pleasure and total commitment.

He embarked on building a new place of workshop for the flocks of Christ, a multimillion Naira Church building project for St Peter’s Anglican Church, Jesse. It was a vow that he made to the Lord and began the process of fulfilling it.

The Church building went through stages of construction and at the end, it turned out to be a gigantic modern place of worship, tastefully furnished and it was dedicated on Sunday 17th April, 2022 by Most Reverend, Henry Ndukuba, the Archbishop Metropolitan and Primate of Church of Nigeria, who was ably represented.

Nani is reputed for his numerous philanthropic projects and empowerment programmes within and outside the Household of God, and his Jesse Community. He is known to be an advocate of Urhobo Interest in the social milieu and in the political arena in Delta State.

The immediate past Executive Director, Finance and Administration, Nani, also served as Commissioner for Environment in the first tenure of Governor Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa’s administration.

Nani has indicated his interest to represent the good people of Delta Central Senatorial District at the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and have garnered huge support to win landslide both at the party Senatorial primaries and general election.

His footprints in the sand of time speaks volume and there is apple evidence that he will move up to the Red Chambers next year, May 29, 2023 by the special grace of God.

Nani was also presented with an Award by the Anglican Church for his numerous efforts to advance the spread of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Nani started his race to the National Assembly on a good note by building a befitting place of worship for parishioner, and it is hoped that God Almighty will see to it that Nani becomes victorious at the polls, so that another round of thanksgiving service will take place at the newly commissioned and dedicated Church building of St Peter’s Anglican Church, Jesse.

The dedication and Thanksgiving services was well attended by dignitaries, traditional rulers and the state governor ably represented by immediate past Chief of Staff, Rt Hon Festus Ovie Agas.

To God be the glory!
