Okowa’s Achievement In Human Capital Development Unbeatable – Oghenesivbe

Immediate past Executive Assistant on Communications to Delta State Governor, Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe Esq, has commended Delta State government under the immediate past governor, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, CON, for making huge investments in human capacity development from 2015 to May 29, 2023.

He made the commendation while receiving the “Most performing media personality in Political Communication Strategy and Media Politics” organised by Top Flyers International Magazine in Abuja, on Saturday, noting that over twenty five thousands youth, girls and women acquired relevant skills, starter packs and funding, thereby raising a new generation of young entrepreneurs in the state.

Oghenesivbe said six hundred and fifty political appointees, media partners and social media influencers were also trained by seasoned academicians and professors of Journalism and Mass Communication under Okowa’s human capacity development programmes, adding that the beneficiaries are doing well in their career and profession, while describing Okowa as consummate leader who governed the state without blemish for eight years.

He expressed absolute confidence in the new administration of the incumbent governor, Elder Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, which promises to advance the socioeconomic and infrastructure development of the state, through the M.O.R.E agenda assuring that this administration shall be an improvement on the previous one based on promises made by the governor during his electioneering campaigns.

“I am one among thousands of persons who benefited from governor Okowa’s human capacity development programmes and this Award among others, truly attest to my performance during my tenure as Executive Assistant on Communications from April 3, 2017 to May 29, 2023.

“Am humbled by this Award and I promise to do more in the coming years, by the grace of God,” Oghenesivbe said.
