The M.O.R.E Wonders Begins With Approval Of Three Flyover Bridges In Warri

This caught my fancy, and am pretty sure that the totality of Deltans are beginning to figure out what the future holds for the state and citizens, in terms of socioeconomic and infrastructure development under the able leadership of the excessive local content governor of Delta State, Elder Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, JP.

The governor, in his official Twitter handle on Tuesday, September 12, wrote;

“Today, I presided over the 2nd State Executive Council (EXCO) meeting at the EXCO Chamber, Government House in Asaba. During the meeting, EXCO approved the award of a N78 billion contract to Julius Berger Nigeria Limited. The contract is for the construction of Flyover Bridges at Enerhen Junction to Marine Gate, PTI Junction, and DSC Roundabout. These projects aim to address the persistent traffic congestion issues experienced in Warri and Effurun.”

I was indeed flabbergasted to find that world renowned construction giant, Julius Berger Nigeria Limited, is saddled with the responsibility of ensuring that these three flyover bridges and Road expansion projects are delivered on or before end of year 2025.

Julius Berger holds over 53 years solid experience in roads and bridges construction in Nigeria, maintaining high quality and standards in all projects, and without blemish.

Governor Oborevwori, is no doubt a man who strongly believe that what’s worth doing, is worth doing well. A critical look at his past and present revealed that he is indeed a man of aristocratic dignity, who always insist on modesty, style and quality. Engaging Julius Berger in roads infrastructure in Delta is a clear indication that governor Oborevwori, will surely do more and achieve more for the state and peoples as promised during his electioneering campaigns.

This is certainly a giant stride in governance, and it is hoped that this foreseeable multifaceted quality infrastructure projects will spread across the three Senatorial districts, as this administration take proactive steps to advance Delta.

The M.O.R.E agenda is on course!
