The General Secretary of the Okpe Union (Worldwide), Barr. Kingsley Ehensiri Akpederin, has sent a goodwill and congratulatory message to the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Board Member representing Delta State, Okakuro Rt. Hon. Monday Igbuya, on his sixty eight birthday anniversary.
Speaking at his Sapele law office, the Chief Scribe of the oldest registered Ethnic Union in Nigeria, the Okpe Union, noted that Rt. Hon. Igbuya the Ukude of Okpe, has proven to be a worthy and patriotic son and leader of the Okpe Nation who as the first ever Okpe national to occupy the office of the speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, never forgot his roots.
“We remain proud of you and pray that God grants you continuous health of mind and body as well as the wisdom to utilize your current office for the overall good of Delta State and the development of the marginalised Okpe Nation”, the statement further reads
