The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly and Chairman, Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has congratulated the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), High Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, PhD, on the occasion of his birthday.
Rt Hon Guwor, in a congratulatory message issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Nkem Nwaeke, described Otuaro as a dedicated administrator and leader whose commitment to duty and service to humanity is worthy of respect and appreciation.
The Speaker commended the PAP Administrator for his contributions to the development and empowerment of the people, particularly in the Niger Delta region.
He said, “Your dedication to duty, leadership, and service to humanity continues to inspire many. Your contributions to the development and empowerment of our people, particularly in the Niger Delta, are worthy of commendation”.
Guwor prayed to God Almighty to grant Otuaro longer life, sound health, greater wisdom, abundant grace and renewed strength to enable him to continue making meaningful and lasting contributions to the people and the nation.
He also expressed optimism that the new year in Otuaro’s life would bring greater accomplishments, fulfilment, peace and divine blessings.
The Speaker, who extended the birthday greetings on behalf of his family and the Delta State House of Assembly, wished the PAP Administrator many more years of impactful service.
“May God Almighty continue to bless you with good health, wisdom, grace, and greater opportunities to make a lasting impact in the service of our people and nation”, Guwor added.
