The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly and Chairman, Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria, *Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor*, has felicitated the Delta State Governor, *Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori*, on the occasion of his 63rd birthday anniversary.
In a goodwill message on the anniversary, Rt. Hon. Guwor described the Governor as “the Pride of Delta” whose visionary leadership, commitment to standards, and relentless drive to deliver prosperity *have reinforced confidence and accelerated development* across the state.
The Speaker, in the message made available to newsmen by his Chief Press Secretary, *Nkem Nwaeke*, applauded Governor Oborevwori’s life of service and humility, saying that at 63, the celebrant remains a pillar of good governance and a driving force for the Delta dream.
He commended the Governor’s MORE Agenda, noting that the administration has delivered transformative projects across all sectors of the state economy, including infrastructure, education, healthcare, agriculture, youth empowerment, and social services, bringing prosperity to all parts of Delta State.
Rt. Hon. Guwor affirmed that the 8th Delta Assembly under his leadership is proud to partner with the administration in advancing lawmaking, effective oversight, and quality representation for the good of Deltans and deepening democracy in the state.
