It was the gathering of the creme de la crème of the Christian faith in Sapele on Thursday April 14th, 2022.
The roll call of dignitaries from various work of life who came to celebrate with the Digital Archbishop only confirms the uniqueness of the celebrant Archbishop Godday Iboyi of the Promise Kingdom Ministry a.k.a. Overflow Chapel.
Archbishop Godday Iboyi who was astonished on his arrival at the venue of the birthday ceremony at the numbers of guests who were present to give him a surprise on the occasion of his birthday express joy and so much satisfaction
Archbishop Godday who could not bottle his joy said that he had no clue that such a grand birthday ceremony had been organize for him by his heart throb.
I see alot of persons here present today and none of them gave me a clue about the surprise birthday party that my wife was organizing for me, I am overwhelmed by the show of love, and I am indeed bless the elated Archbishop said.
The ever smiling God’s General who was filled with gratitude thanked all those who in one way contributed to the success of the ceremony, adding that God gave him a wonderful companion and friend for a wife. In continuation, he said that his wife possessed all the qualities of an idea wife, describing her as a wonderful wife.
The star studded event witnessed musical extravaganza by popular DJ Hilary who thrilled guests to their heart delight at the jam packed reception venue that was filled to capacity.
Guest were treated to a lavish soiree, with all kinds of continental and local delicacies.
Rev Mrs Ogheneovo Iboyi while addressing press men present said that her beloved husband was one in a million, adding that the surprise birthday was the little she could do to appreciate him for his love, care, attention and all that he has done, all that he is doing and all that he will continue to do for her.
I want to thank my husband for his love, for understanding that sometimes women needs to rest while the men takes over the house chores.
He is my sweetheart and I celebrate him everyday and I celebrate him more today. I pray that the good Lord bless, strengthen and grants him a long and fulfilled life, she added.
Bishop Dr Precious Akpore popularly known for his slogan “e dey work” who was also on ground to witness the lavish birthday celebration described Archbishop Godday Iboyi as a man amongst men, one that is loved by the people for his philanthropist nature. I love him for his humility and wish him a very happy birthday celebration, he said.
