Honourable Vincent Uthie a strong voice in Uvwie Politics and one of the Leaders of opposition has been return and unopposed as the SOLE candidate for the position of Delta State House of Assembly Uvwie State Constituency under the platform of All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA for the 2023 General Election.
He was elected return unopposed by the 10 Ward Delegates that made up Uvwie Local Government Area.
In an interview with newsmen Honourable URHIE said both the People’s Democratic Party PDP and All Progressive Congress APC are bunch of confused people and are not capable of winning the sympathy of the people of Uvwie and Delta State as a result of their failure to provide democratic dividends and as such the APGA is going to sweep the votes in Uvwie Local Government Area.
He added that he is going to defeat both APC and PDP because they are not on ground in Uvwie.
” I am going to defeat both APC and PDP here in Uvwie they are not on ground! We are going to embark on serious Political awareness campaign of the grassroots by emphasing on the failure of both parties and you will agree with me that it is the opposition that has been winning Uvwie Local Government Area with the effort of our leader,Chief Great Ovadje Ohboru. So 2023 is not going to be different! PDP did not do anything in Uvwie Local Government Area.Look at our bad roads, Schools, unemployment everywhere.”
The Uvwie Kingdom born Politician assured that if given the mandate which he is very sure of,he is not going to disappoint the people of Uvwie rather he is going to use the instrumentality of Lawmaking to bring the development to Uvwie LGA.
On his part, Comrade Johnson Owho the UVWIE LGA Chairman of the party ,said that he is very confidence of the victory of APGA which according to him might be new in Delta State but with the popularity of
