Frontline governorship aspirant under the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Olorogun (Barrister) Fred Okiemute Majemite, has been described as a distinguished party loyalist and true Democratic, who have contributed and still contributing immensely to the growth of the party and development of Delta State.
The commendation is contained in a goodwill message to commemorate the birthday anniversary of Olorogun Majemite, by the Executive Assistant to Delta State Governor on Communications, Chief Dr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, JP, and made available to newsmen in Asaba on Thursday.
Oghenesivbe said Majemite, a two time Commissioner in the state, has demonstrated enormous commitments towards the growth and development of the state, as can be seen from the enviable roles he has been playing in successive governments; for providing visionary leadership for PDP faithfuls in Ughelli North Local Government Area and in all activities and programmes of the party across the state.
He noted that Majemite is an unrepentant supporter of governor Okowa and his administration, always willing to assist in whatever way possible to improve the living standards of party faithfuls as well as the needy in the society through various empowerment and wealth creation packages solely financed by him.
Okowa’s EAC further asserted that Majemite’s friendly disposition, honesty, humility and forthrightness is worthy of commendation and urged political actors to emulate his good virtues.

“You have been and still a unifying factor as a Pan Delta politician and a true Democratic with genuine intentions and great ideas needed to bring about extensive socioeconomic and infrastructure development of our state and nation.
“And I am pretty sure and convinced beyond reasonable doubt that this is the reason why you are in the governorship race to impact the lives of Deltans, and to contribute in greater proportions to the ongoing Stronger Delta infrastructure and economic transformation agenda; a visionary good governance revolution of our indefatigable platinum governor, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, adjudged as the best governor in this dispensation by national and international development agencies.
“I must not forget the numerous smiles and words of encouragement you gave me in time past and still counting; plus your usual kind assistance in multifaceted dimensions, as my dear brother-in-law and esteemed political leader cum learned friend.
