The Coalition for Media Politics and Governance, CMPG, has resolved to capture the media air space for Chief Barr. John Nani’s political ambition to represent Delta Central Senatorial District in the red chambers of the national assembly come 2023.
The Delta State Chairman of the association Chief Dr. Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe Esq disclosed this when Chief Nani received on courtesy visit leadership and members of CMPG at his country home in Jesse, Ethiop West LGA of the State.
Chief Latimore who had earlier briefed his host the purpose of visit, confirmed on him the patron of the association from Delta Central.
While enumerating the steady Political rise of Chief John Nani since 1999 as Delta State House of Assembly member (Lawmaker) member of the state executive council, on several occasions, executive director, finance and administration of Delta State Oil Producing Areas Commission, DESOPADEC, among others with his personal reputations, said all these qualities distinguished him among various nominees nominated for Delta Central patron of the association.
The chairman also an Executive Assistant To Governor Ifeanyi Okowa On Communications, praised the enviable contributions of Nani to the rapid economic development of the state and PDP adding that Nani is extremely hardworking and have contributed in no small measures to state and party and such deserves such honour.
The elated frontline Senatorial aspirant, Nani who read out his Political manifesto, expressed gratitude on the honour bestowed on him to be the first patron of such vibrant political pressure group in the state.
He further pointed out that CMPG under the leadership of Chief Latimore will in doubt project the numerous achievements of the governor and party that will earn the party landslide victories in all the elections next year.
