Delta State Head of Service (HOS), Mr. Reginald Bayoko has described the Ovie of Ellu kingdom, HRM Dr. Othuke Murphy Urugbezi (JP) as a quintessential, dependable and reliable leader with the needed capacity to attract meaningful socioeconomic growth and development of his kingdom.
Bayoko stated this at Ellu in Isoko North Local Government Area of the state during the anniversary of the coronation / birthday ceremony of the monarch.
Represented by the Permanent Secretary, Delta State Post Primary Education Board (PPEB) , Mr. Augustine Chukwuma , the HOS said that the royal father was a God fearing man .
The HOS , who congratulated him on his birhday and coronation anniversary,stated that as a peace lover , he had continued to build bridges within and outside his kingdom.
While saying that the achievements of the monarch had been quite outstanding, Mr. Bayoko stated that Ellu Kingdom was blessed to have him as their traditional ruler.
He noted that the leadership of HRM, Dr. Othuke Murphy Urugbezi had been serving as a unifying factor for the people of the kingdom, just as he prayed God for good health and sound mind and wisdom for the traditional ruler to drive his kingdom to enviable height.
