A PDP political pressure organization, Person to Person Campaign Group has felicitated with the Governor elect, Delta State, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori, and the Deputy Governor elect, Sir Monday Onyeme for the landslide victory at the Saturday’s gubernatorial election in the state.
The group in a statement endorsed by its National Chairman, Dr Victor Ebenuwa, Secretary, Ike Nwagwo and Publicity Secretary Prince Pedro Luke, said Deltans made the right choice and commended the people for standing firmly with the PDP.
The group which had earlier condemned the lies, bitterness, propaganda and character assassination that characterized the campaigns of the opposition APC in the state, said God can never allow evils to triumph over His will for the Deltans.

While expressing optimism that the Governor elect who is the Speaker of the Delta State Assembly, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori would build upon the enviable legacies of Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, the Person to Person Campaign Group, prayed God to grant Oborevwori and his deputy, Onyeme, good health and wherewithal to move the state forward in terms of peace, unity and infrastructural development.

“We want to also employ candidates of all political parties that contested the gubernatorial election in Delta State to embrace the outcome of the election. In every contest, there must be a winner. Sheriff has emerged. Let us all congratulate him and support him to take Delta State to the next level of development. We must all join forces with Sheriff to move the state forward”, the group stated.
