Delta State Hospitals Management Board, HMB Chapter of the Medical and Dental Consultants Association of Nigeria, MDCAN, has congratulated two of its members for their elevation as Permanent Secretaries in the state.
They include Dr Paul Onyekachukwu Okubor and Dr Mrs Gloria Patrick-Ferife who were among the nine newly sworn in Permanent Secretaries in Delta State Civil Service.
The association in a statement signed by its Chairman, Dr Francis Nwabua, felicitated with Dr Okubor and Dr Patrick-Ferife for attaining the peak of their carriers.
While appreciating God for His mercies and grace upon the two members of the association, Dr Nwabua expressed optimism that Dr Okubor and Dr Patrick-Ferife will excel in their new positions as Permanent Secretaries in the state.
“I want to on behalf of the the executive and members of MDCAN Delta HMB chapter, congratulate Dr Paul Onyekachukwu Okubor and Dr Mrs Gloria Patrick-Ferife for their appointments and swearing in as Permanent Secretaries in Delta State Civil Service. We are indeed happy with their elevation to the peak of their carriers and pray God to grant them the wherewithal to excel in their new positions, Dr Nwabua stated
He said MDCAN will continue to encourage professionalism and professional excellence while providing medical services in the state, stressing that its members are committed to growth and development of the health sector.
