Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has congratulated Senator James Manager as he marks 65 natal anniversary today, 7 July 2025.
The Speaker in a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, CPS Nkem Nwaeke, described Senator Manager as a distinguished public servant and a pride of Delta State, particularly the Ijaw nation.
Rt Hon Guwor stated that the milestone birth anniversary of Senator Manager (aka Egbaige) is worth celebrating, as it is a celebration of life, legacy and commitment to national development.
The Speaker on behalf of the Delta State House of Assembly, warmly felicitated with the former Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, even as he acknowledged his dedication to peace, unity, support for the state legislature and good governance in Delta State.
Rt Hon Guwor who is the National Treasurer, Conference of Speakers of State Houses of Assembly in Nigeria, wished Senator Manager more remarkable life, filled with cherished memories.
He prayed to God to grant the celebrant many more years of good health and fulfillment.
