The Chairman, Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria and Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has congratulated the member representing Ndokwa West Constituency, Hon. Charles Emetulu, on his 60th birth anniversary.
Guwor, in a congratulatory message issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Nkem Nwaeke, extolled Emetulu’s sterling qualities, describing him as a committed lawmaker whose contributions to the development of the state have remained noteworthy.
The Speaker acknowledged Emetulu’s service as Chairman, House Committee on Education, and commended his dedication to legislative responsibilities and the advancement of educational development in Delta State.
Guwor described the attainment of 60 years as a significant milestone, offering an opportunity to reflect on past achievements while looking forward to greater accomplishments.
He said, “Attaining the age of 60 is a remarkable milestone that reflects years of experience, growth and service. It is an occasion to celebrate God’s faithfulness and appreciate the contributions one has made to society.”
The Speaker expressed gratitude to God for granting Emetulu six decades of life, praying for continued good health, divine protection, greater wisdom and renewed strength as he continues to serve his constituents and the people of Delta State.
He wished the lawmaker many more fruitful years filled with peace, happiness and greater accomplishments, expressing optimism that his wealth of experience would continue to benefit the State Assembly and the people he represents.
Guwor urged the celebrant to remain steadfast in his commitment to public service, noting that the milestone should inspire greater dedication to the welfare of his constituents and the overall development of Delta State.
