Delta Deputy Majority Leader, Preyor Buries Mother

The families of Namakebri of Osibri and Ziowel-Ware of Orubri quarters, Kpakiama town in Bomadi local government area of Delta State, have announced the call to eternal glory of their beloved wife, Mother, Sister and Aunty, Madam Ekpongbolo Preyor, the mother of the Member Representing Bomadi Constituency and Deputy Majority Leader, Delta State House of Assembly, Hon (Engr) Kenneth Oboro Preyor.

The mother of six, died at the aged of 85 years, and was until her demise a devout Christian and renowned community leader, who was also blessed with forty grandchildren, thirty nine great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.

A statement by Hon Kenneth Preyor, on behalf of the family, says there would be a Service of Songs in honor of the late matriarch of the Preyor dynasty on Thursday 20th May 2021, by 4pm, at her husband’s compound, Osibri quarter, Kpakiama, Bomadi local government area.

“Friday 21st May 2021, 8am, body leaves Oliodiama Mortuary for Kpakiama town for lying in state and open air funeral service at Ebikeniye Primary School, Kpakiama, which will immediately followed by interment at Zioweiware, Orubiri quarter, Kpakiama town. While entertainment of guests will commence thereafter at same Ebikeniye Primary School, Kpakiama town“, the statement said.

Explaining further in the statement, Hon Preyor pointed out that burial rites of the late octogenarian continues on Saturday 22nd May 2021, while Outing Service will be held in her honor on Sunday 23rd May 2021 at Power of Faith and Truth Evangelical Ministry, Kpakiama, Bomadi Local government Area by 10 o’clock in the morning.

The Lawmaker prayed God to grant the soul of his mother eternal rest in His kingdom.
