A Federal High Court, Warri Judicial Division, on Friday, July 29th, 2022, averred that the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta State has a valid Candidate for the 2023 governorship Election.
Honourable Justice Okon Abang who presided over the matter dismissed it for lack of merit and this affirmed the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori as the State PDP Governorship Candidate of the party.
