Delta State Commissioner for Oil and Gas, Hon. (Chief) Peter Okagbare Uviejitobor, has congratulated Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwori on his third anniversary in office, describing the administration’s vision as people-oriented and focused on inclusive development.
Speaking to journalists in Asaba, Uviejitobor commended the Governor’s leadership style, saying the past three years have been marked by progressive growth, sustainable peace, and massive infrastructural development across Delta State.
“His Excellency’s vision and mission since inception have been about people-oriented governance, inclusiveness, and purposeful leadership. The MORE Agenda has given us a clear roadmap, and we are seeing transformation beyond expectation”, Uviejitobor said.
The Commissioner particularly noted significant strides in the Oil and Gas sector, adding that the administration’s policies have fostered stability and investor confidence in host communities.
“The three years of our people’s Governor on the saddle have delivered progressive growth and sustainable peace, particularly in the Oil and Gas sector. We are grateful to God Almighty for granting him the wisdom and strength to drive the M.O.R.E Agenda”, he stated.
Hon Uviejitobor, a two termed member of the Delta State House of Assembly, also praised the Governor’s impact on communities and prayed for continued divine protection as he consolidates on the gains of the administration.
“On behalf of my family, friends, the Ministry of Oil and Gas, and our business and political associates, I heartily congratulate you, my boss, Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Oborevwori, as you celebrate three years of impactful leadership,” Uviejitobor added.
Governor Oborevwori marked his third year in office on May 29, 2026.
